Ingredients
Blended Oats:

old-fashioned rolled oats

cup
almond milk
or any other milk/nut milk alternative
1/2
cup
fresh or frozen strawberries

tbsp
ground flax
1
tbsp
cashew or almond butter

tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
maple syrup
Toppings:
1/4
cup
non-dairy yogurt
1/4
cup
freeze-dried strawberries
crushed
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the yogurt and freeze-dried strawberries.
Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended oats into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
Once firm, spread yogurt on top and sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Enjoy!
Notes
Blend ingredients on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Consider using a smaller blender for optimal blending.
For same-day enjoyment, freeze the blended oats for about 20 minutes until firm.
