Preheat oven to 350°F and roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Spread the drained cinnamon apples evenly over the dough, then tightly roll it into a log. Slice into individual pieces using floss.
Grease a baking dish, place the cinnamon rolls inside, and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the frosting by whisking powdered sugar into the remaining apple juices, then drizzle over the baked rolls.
