In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Then, stir in almond flour.
Use a cookie scoop to form dough into balls. Place them on parchment paper and freeze while you melt the chocolate.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then attach two pretzels for antlers, two candy eyes, and a red candy for the nose.
Place back on parchment paper and return to the freezer to set for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
