Decide whether you're using an air fryer or an oven. Both methods work well, but the air fryer is faster. If you're using an oven, preheat it to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a big bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and yogurt until you get a dough. It might be a bit sticky, but that's fine!
Grease your hands with a little oil to prevent sticking, then scoop out small spoonfuls of dough.
Roll each spoonful into a ball and coat it with the everything but the bagel seasoning if you like.
Keep going until you've used all the dough.
For air frying, cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. For baking, it's 16-18 minutes.
Once they're done, let them cool a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
