Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, crushed almonds, oats, and cinnamon.
Stir in the oil, maple syrup, orange juice, and vanilla until a batter forms.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and use a cookie scoop to form either 12 large cookies or 24 small cookies.
Make a small dent in the center of each cookie, then add a drop of jam.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
