For the Drink:
2 to 3shots of espresso

Instructions
Make the Strawberry Syrup:
In a pot over medium heat, combine frozen strawberries, sugar, water, and cornstarch.
Cook the strawberries for 6 to 7 minutes until softened, then mash them down with a spoon and simmer for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Strain the syrup from the pulp into a bowl and set it aside. You can discard the pulp.
Prepare the Cold Foam:
In a bowl, jar, or measuring cup, whisk together heavy cream, 2% milk, vanilla, and strawberry syrup using an electric whisk until thickened and pink in color.
Assemble the Drink:
In a cup, mix white mocha sauce, chocolate sauce, or your preferred sweetener with espresso shots.
Add milk and ice to your liking, then top with strawberry cold foam.
Finish it off with a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry powder for a delightful finish!
