WHITE SAUCE
1
cup
mayonnaise
1/3
cup
sour cream or plain yogurt

garlic cloves

white sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

FOR ASSEMBLY
French fries
Chopped pepperoncinis
Chopped kalamata or black olives
Diced red onion
Finely chopped parsley
Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
MAKE THE WHITE SAUCE
Combine all white sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
MAKE THE SHAWARMA
In a large bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.
Heat oil in a skillet over high heat, then add chicken and cook until seared and fully cooked.
ASSEMBLE
Place fries and chicken on a plate or tray.
Drizzle white sauce over the top, then add pepperoncinis, olives, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
