Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over low heat. Pour in eggs, stir slowly until set, then set aside.
Fry bacon until crispy, adding brown sugar for sweetness if desired. Remove from pan.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
Place a paratha in the pan. Add eggs, cheese, and bacon in the center.
Cover with another paratha and press edges to seal.
Cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
Reduce heat, cover, and let it cook through.
Remove from heat, cut in half, and enjoy warm!
