Roll out the pizza dough to fit the skillet.
Cook the Italian sausage in the skillet, then add garlic slices.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough and cook until golden.
Move skillet to indirect heat and assemble pizza.
Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes until dough is cooked through.
Let it rest, then top with fresh basil.
