- 150 g frozen mango
- 150 g heavy cream
- 50 ml mango juice
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 10 g gelatin (soak in 2 tablespoons of water and heat in a 500W microwave for 15 seconds)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Crust
- 10 coconut sablé biscuits (any type of biscuits will do)
- 30 g melted butter
Mango Jelly
- 80 ml mango juice
- 5 g granulated sugar
- 3 g gelatin (Soak in 1 tablespoon of water and heat in a 500W microwave for 10 seconds)
Toppings
- Heavy cream as needed
- Mango as needed
- Herbs as needed
