Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups 2% cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder We used Garden of Life Chocolate Whey
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or more to taste

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a high-speed food processor until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor as needed.
  • Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to the cottage cheese. Pulse the ingredients together, scraping the sides with a spatula if necessary. Process until smooth and well combined.
  • The mixture should be light and fluffy. Enjoy immediately or transfer it into small jars and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

  • You can opt for vanilla protein powder if you prefer.
  • Ensure the cottage cheese is processed long enough to achieve a completely creamy texture.
