Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
Mix chili crunch, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt in a large bowl.
Slice salmon into 1-1.5 inch cubes and toss them in the marinade until coated.
Oil the bottom of the air fryer and place salmon without layering.
Drizzle avocado oil over salmon.
Air fry salmon for 6-8 minutes until browned and internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
Mix edamame, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, sesame seeds, and lime juice in a bowl.
Assemble bowls with salmon, edamame, rice, avocado, cilantro, and chili crunch.
