Ingredients
  

**For Peanut Butter Layers:**

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup vodka

**For Jelly Layer:**

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup vodka

Instructions
 

  • **Step 1:** Make the peanut butter mixture by blooming gelatin in water, then dissolving it over medium heat. Stir in peanut butter, heavy cream, and vodka until smooth. Set aside in a large measuring cup.
  • **Step 2:** In a clean saucepan, bloom gelatin in water, dissolve it over medium heat, then whisk in grape jelly and vodka. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
  • **Step 3:** Grease a loaf pan and pour in half of the peanut butter mixture. Chill for about 30 minutes until slightly firm.
  • **Step 4:** Carefully pour the jelly mixture over the peanut butter layer and return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
  • **Step 5:** Pour the remaining peanut butter mixture over the set jelly layer and refrigerate until completely firm, about 1 to 2 hours.
  • **Step 6:** Once firm, turn out the jell-o onto a cutting board, slice into squares, and enjoy your delightful childhood-inspired jell-o shots!
