Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Slice the crescent rolls lengthwise into thirds. Brush each piece all over with Dijon mustard. Place a mini hot dog on the thick end of each triangle and roll them up.
Arrange the pigs in a blanket side by side in a circle on the baking sheet. Make sure they're touching! Brush them with egg wash and sprinkle them with salt and poppy seeds.
Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crescents turn golden. Let them cool for at least 20 minutes.
Lay the rosemary sprigs around the inside of the wreath and place a small bowl filled with ketchup in the center. Enjoy your festive pigs in a blanket wreath!
