Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the loaf on it.
Cut out a large hole in the center of the loaf, removing excess bread to create a bread bowl.
Slice little sections around the edge, about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way down.
Brush garlic butter between each section and all over the outside of the bread.
Fill the center with the buffalo chicken dip and sprinkle a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden. If the bread is browning too quickly, cover it with foil.
Optionally, broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes for bubbly, crispy cheese.
Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and garnish with green onions.
