2tsplemon zestdivided
3/4cupcold buttercut into tablespoon sized pieces
2(8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1 1/2Tbsplemon juice
1cupstrawberry preserves
