Wet ingredients:
1cupmashed ripe bananas(about 3 medium ripe bananas)
¾cupnatural creamy or crunchy drippy peanut butter(just peanuts and salt)
2large eggs
¼cuppure maple syrup
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1/2tablespoondairy free milk of choice(I like almond milk)
Dry ingredients:
1cupgluten free oat flour*(you can make your own -- see notes section)
1teaspoonbaking powder
½teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonsalt
⅓cupmini chocolate chips(dairy free, if desired, plus 2-3 tablespoons for sprinkling on top)
Instructions
