Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts.
Spread marshmallow fluff all over the slice, and add chocolate chips about a half-inch deep on one end.
Roll it up tightly, then dip it in milk and graham cracker crumbs.
Place it in the air fryer, give it a quick spray, and cook for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with a sprinkle of chocolate chips on top.
