Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Take each Hawaiian roll and carefully cut out the center, placing them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, ricotta, and lemon curd until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Stuff each Hawaiian roll with 1 heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture, and add extra blueberries on top if you like.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture evenly over the Hawaiian rolls.
Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
