Easy Bacon Balsamic Brussels Sprouts Recipe - These Brussels sprouts are easy enough to make on a weeknight but fancy enough to serve at a dinner party. Instead of roasting the sprouts with balsamic vinegar (which would make them soggy and mushy) we make a simple balsamic glaze to garnish them with.

Ingredients
1lb.Brussels sproutstrimmed and halved
6Slicesbaconcut into pieces
3clovesgarlicminced
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4c.extra-virgin olive oil
1/4c.balsamic vinegar
1/4c.honey
1tbsp.chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
