4(5 oz) chicken breasts*, pounded to an even 1/3-inch thickness
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/3cupall-purpose flour
1Tbspolive oil
4Tbspunsalted buttersliced into 1 Tbsp pieces, divided
1 1/2tspminced garlic
1/2cuplow-sodium chicken broth
3Tbspfresh lemon juice
1/2tspfresh lemon zest
1 1/2Tbspminced fresh parsley(optional)
Instructions
