Tiramisu Filled Chocolate Egg

- 8 Biscoff cookies
- 4 oz vegan cream cheese
- 4 oz dairy-free yogurt
- ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted Biscoff spread
- 1 large chocolate egg
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Carefully break the chocolate egg in half.
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, and melted Biscoff spread.
Soak the Biscoff cookies in the coffee.
Layer the soaked cookies and cream cheese mixture inside the chocolate egg halves.
Dust with cocoa powder.
Chill in the fridge until set.
