Start by chopping and freezing the watermelon (or your chosen fruit) overnight.
The next day, when you're ready to indulge, take the frozen fruit out of the freezer and grate it into a bowl using a box grater or microplane. Work quickly to prevent melting.
Once all the fruit is grated, top it with coconut condensed milk and Tajin seasoning. Serve immediately and enjoy the fruity goodness!
